Last Thursday morning we got out of the house early and enjoyed a great morning picking strawberries. Then we came home and packed the van for our holiday weekend celebration at the lake.
Ethan was more interested in the horses and the irrigation system than the berries. Mary Kate proved to be quite the picker, although we need to improve on her ripeness selection...if left on her own, she picked every berry in sight...no discrimination between white, pink or red. She also loved carrying a pail.
